Privacy Policy And User Data  

Spechem LLC's Privacy Policy sets out the legal bases for our processing of personal  information about you, including the collection, use, processing, and sharing of such  information, as well as the transfer and processing of such information regardless of where you  use our Services.  

Spechem LLC provides this Privacy Policy to help you make an informed decision about  whether to use or continue using our Services: the REACHPOINT.BIZ Website, REACHPOINT  Software and/or the REACHPOINT Services, including ReachPoint Recruitment ChatBot  Messenger - all of these hereinafter referred to as REACHPOINT/or REACPOINT Services/ or  REACHPOINT ChatBot Messenger. If you do not agree to our practices, please do not use the  REACHPOINT.BIZ Website, REACHPOINT Software, ReachPoint Recruitment ChatBot  Messenger and/or other REACHPOINT Services.

Please note that any Status Submissions or other content posted at the direction or discretion of  users of the REACHPOINT becomes published content and is not considered personally  identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy.

What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?  

This Privacy Policy is part of REACHPOINT's Terms of Service and covers the treatment of  user information, including personally identifying information, obtained by REACHPOINT,  including information obtained when you access the REACHPOINT's Website, use the  REACHPOINT Services or any other software provided by REACHPOINT.  

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that REACHPOINT does not  own or control, or to individuals whom REACHPOINT does not employ or manage, including  any of the third parties to which REACHPOINT may disclose user information as set forth in  this Privacy Policy.  

The Information which REACHPOINT Collects  

REACHPOINT may obtain following information, which can be used to identify you as  specified below ("Personally Identifying Information"):  

User Provided Information: You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as  your e-mail (if applicable), name (if applicable), such as registering as a user.

However, you should understand that Employer/Recruiter can ask you for any information  through REACHPOINT ChatBot Messenger, and that information will be kept in  REACHPOINT ChatBot Messenger.  

The contents of messages delivered by the REACHPOINT Service are copied, kept or archived  by REACHPOINT in the normal course of business.

REACHPOINT may retain date and time stamp information associated with successfully  delivered messages as well as any other information which REACHPOINT is legally compelled  to collect. Files that are sent through the REACHPOINT Service will reside on our servers after  delivery in accordance with our general retention policies.

Cookies Information: When you visit the REACHPOINT Website, we may send one or more  cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that  uniquely identifies your browser. REACHPOINT may use both session cookies and persistent  cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be  used by your browser on subsequent visits to the website. Persistent cookies can be removed by  following your web browser help file directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears  after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate  when a cookie is being sent.  

Log File Information: When you use the REACHPOINT Website, our servers automatically  record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit ReachPoint website.  These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP")  address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number  of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount  of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, one or more cookies that  may identify your browser.

The Information which REACHPOINT Does Not Collect  

REACHPOINT does not collect names, emails, telephone numbers, addresses, location data or  other contact information from its users' mobile and other devices address book or contact lists.

Third-Party Services  

REACHPOINT works with other partners, service providers which help us provide ways for you  to connect with their services. We use the information we receive from them to help operate,  provide, and improve our Services.

To operate with our global Service we need to store and distribute content and information in  data centers and systems around the world, including overseas. This infrastructure may be owned  or operated by our service providers or affiliated companies.

Our Services may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, apps, content,  other products and services of Facebook Company, Trello, Slack and other services that may be  integrated with our Services. For example, you may choose to use third-party data backup  services (such as iCloud or Google Drive) or other services that may be integrated with our  Services. Please note that these Terms and Privacy Policy apply only to the use of our Services.  When you use third-party services or Facebook Company Products, Trello, Slack or other, their  own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.

The Way REACHPOINT Uses Information  

Billing Information

If you wish to purchase subscription, you will be directed to the appropriate billing system,  which has or may require you to provide certain payment and billing information (collectively,  "Billing Information"). We do not obtain, process, retain or have access to any Billing  Information.

Personal and other Information

If you submit Personally Identifiable Information to us through the REACHPOINT Website, or  REACHPOINT Services, then we use your personal information just in purpose to operate,  maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the REACHPOINT Website and  REACHPOINT Services. In particular, your e-mail is essential to your use of the REACHPOINT Services and will be retained.

Any Personally Identifiable Information that you voluntarily disclose on the REACHPOINT  ChatBot Messenger becomes available to Recruiter/Employer and may be collected and used by  them, and they may contact you through the REACHPOINT ChatBot Messenger.  

We do not use your e-mail or other Personally Identifiable Information to send commercial or  marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you have the ability to opt-in or opt-out.  

We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or  administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major REACHPOINT Website or  REACHPOINT Services changes or for customer service purposes).  

We may use cookies and log file information to: (a) remember information so that you will not  have to re-enter it during your visit or next time you use REACHPOINT Services or  REACHPOINT Website; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor  individual and aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages.

Discloses Information  

Other users of the REACHPOINT Service may see your submissions in a way that is consistent  with the use of the REACHPOINT Services and necessary to perform the REACHPOINT  Services.  

Please, do not post or add personal data that you would not want to be publicly available.

We do not sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information such as Name (if applicable), e mail (if applicable) or mobile phone number (if applicable) with other third-party companies for  their commercial or marketing use without your consent. We may share your Personally  Identifiable Information with third party to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to perform  the REACHPOINT Services.

You can ask your personal information, that REACHPOINT keeps, by e-mail  [email protected] . To request your personal information, please, be sure to specify your e mail or ID, that you have got before testing in REACHPOINT ChatBot Messenger.

Your Choices  

You may, of course, decline to submit Personally Identifiable Information through the  REACHPOINT Website or other REACHPOINT Services, in which case REACHPOINT may  not be able to provide certain services to you. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or  Terms of Service, please discontinue use of the REACHPOINT Services; your continued usage  of the REACHPOINT Services will signify your assent to and acceptance of our Privacy Policy  and Terms of Service. Personal Data Closure

If you choose to delete your personal data from your Chat in REACHPOINT ChatBot  Messenger, please write us [email protected] . We generally close your information within  30 days of your request, except as noted below.

We retain your personal data, if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations,  including law enforcement requests, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain  security, prevent fraud and abuse. We can retain de-personalized information after your Chat in  REACHPOINT ChatBot Messenger has been closed.

Information you have shared with others through REACHPOINT ChatBot Messenger may  remain visible after you delete it, and we do not control data, which is copied by other Members  of ReachPoint Services. Your personal data may continue to be displayed in the services of  others providers integrated with REACHPOINT Services. 

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Websites  

REACHPOINT is currently ad-free and we hope to keep it that way forever. We have no  intention to introduce advertisement into the product, but if we ever do, will update this section.  

Our Commitment To Data Security  

REACHPOINT uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to  preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or  warrant the security of any information you transmit to REACHPOINT, using unsecured wi-fi or  other unprotected networks. If you use unsecured Wi-Fi or other unprotected networks,  submitting messages through the REACHPOINT Services is never recommended. Once we  receive your transmission of information, REACHPOINT makes reasonable efforts to ensure the  security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information  may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If REACHPOINT learns of a security systems breach, then we will  notify you as soon as possible, but not later than 3 days from the date of the security systems  breach, so that you could take appropriate protective steps. REACHPOINT may post a notice on  the REACHPOINT Website or send information to your e-mail REACHPOINT Service, if a  security breach occurs.

Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy  

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, REACHPOINT  does not knowingly collect or maintain Personally Identifiable Information or non-personally identifiable information on the REACHPOINT Website or REACHPOINT Service from persons  under 16 years of age, and no part of the REACHPOINT Service is directed to or intended to be  used by persons under 16. If you are under 16 years of age, then please do not use the  REACHPOINT Service or access the REACHPOINT Website at any time or in any manner. If  REACHPOINT learns that Personally Identifiable Information of persons under 16 years of age  has been collected on the REACHPOINT Website or REACHPOINT Service, then  REACHPOINT may deactivate submissions.

The REACHPOINT Website and Services are hosted in the Latvia (EU). If you are a user  accessing the REACHPOINT Website and Services from the other country of European Union,

Asia, USA or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use,  and disclosure, that differ from Latvia laws, please be advised that through your continued use of  the REACHPOINT Website and Services, which are governed by Latvia law, this Privacy  Policy, and our Terms of Service, you are transferring your personal information to the Latvia  and you expressly consent to that transfer and consent to be governed by Latvia law for these  purposes.

In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy  

In the event that REACHPOINT is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve  the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our users as part of such  merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the (hopefully) unlikely event of our  bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors,  or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not  be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
